2025 Food Trail Venues
We are very excited about the quality and variety of venues and activities in this 2025 Somerset Food Trail festival. There's a huge range to explore – from goat herders, cider makers and dairy farmers to cheesemakers, pubs, vineyards, artisan bakers and vegetable growers. We've listed them below in alphabetical order. Some details are still being finalised so bear with us over the next week or so! However, for some activities, such as the 30-mile feasts, we do advise that you book early – these tend to sell out quickly.
You can also search by type of venue or activity, or by what's on during the first weekend, midweek or the second weekend. You can also use our interactive map to plan your food adventures.

Wood Advent Farm
Roadwater, Watchet
TA23 0RR
Wood Advent is an organic, regenerative farm in the heart of the Exmoor. A family-run farm now in its 14th generation, we know that the only way we can pass on guardianship of this land is through regeneration of the soil, water and air. With trees at the heart of our regenerative transformation, we now produce heritage grains, grass reared beef and, soon, organic nuts.

White Lake Cheese Limited
Shepton Mallet
BA4 6SX
Cheesemaking runs through our blood at White Lake Cheese. Cheese making started in the 1930s with 3rd generation farmer Roger's grandfather making a traditional cheddar from the family herd. Now producing a variety of amazing award winning goat's, sheep's and Jersey cow's milk cheese, we are committed to becoming as sustainable as possible.

Winking Frog and Bakeable
Yeovil
BA20 1EN
The Winking Frog Café and our bakery, Bakeable, were established by the able2achieve Trust, a charity that supports our learners (adults with learning disabilities) to gain real world work experience in catering and customer service. Join us on Tuesday 22 for a wonderful 30-mile feast!

Wild Roots, Growing for Wellbeing
Baltonsborough
BA6 8PQ
We are a charity-run growing project, growing organic produce to provide food for our volunteers and ingredients for soup lunches here and at our sister site, Hallr Wood, for their forest school activities. Our main emphasis is on horticulture and rural craft activities and we also grow flowers in our healing flower garden for seasonal bouquets.

Wonky Horn Organic Meat Co
Taunton
TA4 2SF
Wonky Horn Organic Meat Company is a family-run organic farm supplying only our own products bred and raised by us. Close to the edges of Exmoor and the Quantocks, our herds of Longhorn cattle, Exmoor Horn sheep, organic chickens and Large Black pigs are pasture fed and given space to roam. The results for our customers? Slow grown, carefully matured, organic grass-fed meat.

Wraxall Vineyard
Wraxall
BA46RQ
Wraxall is one of the oldest vineyards in Somerset, planted more than 50 years ago in 1974, producing award-winning English wines. Today we grow Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir Précoce, Bacchus, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. Our unique tasting events and meeting space, The View@Wraxall is nestled in amongst the vines. Enjoy spectacular views across Somerset with a glass of wine and local food.
