The Winking Frog Café and our bakery, Bakeable, were established by the able2achieve Trust, a charity that supports our learners (adults with learning disabilities) to gain real world work experience in catering and customer service. Bakeable produces all the cakes for the Winking Frog and for customer orders. Our learners are involved every step of the way. This year, we have also started an allotment with the aim of growing for ourselves.
