They are working together exploring and multiplying varieties of grain that express unique flavour, nutrition and distinctive traits suited to low input farming. Outside of the Food Trail, the bakery is open to the public each week on Fridays (noon-6pm) except for the first week of the month when it opens on the Saturday (10am-1pm) alongside other local producers. We're very proud of our fantastic new cider shop and taproom, which opened this year right next to where our apples are harvested, pressed and fermented. The new shop has a welcoming, rustic vibe, with reclaimed wood tables and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Plenty of parking available – including electric vehicle charging points for visitors to use during opening hours, powered by an array of roof-mounted solar panels.
