About us

Fika is a new venture. Previously a nurse, I took over in December 2024 and my aim is to create a welcoming and inclusive space to enjoy great locally sourced, homemade food and enhance people's wellbeing. Fika (pronounced fee-ka) is a Swedish term used to describe a 'coffee and cake' break, but it's more than that – a moment to relax, chat, and take a break. We restored the beautiful coach house back to its original features and will be hosting a variety of pop-up events including craft/ wellbeing and foodie. We also have a cafe.

We will be showcasing our full breakfast, brunch alongside homemade cakes , coffee's and shakes in our beautiful setting on West House Farm in the Polden Hills. We pride ourselves on sourcing the best suppliers, locally where possible and making all we can inhouse. We will have our courtyard open and hopefully be joined by some of the many farm animals.
