About us
I am an omnivorous retreat chef and baker, I strive to use higher welfare, responsibly sourced, local meat and fish, organic flours. A strong focus on sustainability is at the heart of my ethos. I am also a sourdough geek and run workshops to help people start their journey with this incredible, ancient and healthy form of bread making. Join me on a course to make a 100 % sourdough rye loaf.

Join me on Sunday 20 to learn how to make a 100 % sourdough rye loaf, using locally grown rye flour, grown at Gothelney Farm, milled by Landrace. A great way to start your journey in making slow real bread, using wild yeast.
Included in your day; a lovingly nurtured rye starter, detailed recipe, lots of support post workshop if needs be, rye cracker tutorial, light lunch and plenty of refreshments

It is sometimes tricky to locate my place so What3Words is useful: trouble:finishers.treble. When you turn right just before the national speed limit sign, go all the way down the track where there is an old Somerset long house. You can park in our yard.
