Based in Frome, we have a local organic vineyard and also work with organic or regenerative growers in the UK. We push the boundaries of what's possible with English wine, blending old world techniques with modern thinking.

Sun 20
Somerton and District Beekeepers Association
Long Sutton, Langport
The Somerton and District Beekeepers are a thriving branch of the Somerset Beekeepers Association. We have our own teaching apiary which is the 'hub' of our association. We work together to put on a variety of events throughout the year so we can share our enthusiasm for and knowledge of the fascinating world of bees and beekeeping.

Fri 18, Sat 19, Sun 20
Teals Farmshop
South Cadbury
Teals is a relaxing spot to share a meal with friends or discover exceptional, locally produced meat and a food market full of local produce, daily breads and pastries, heritage cheeses and thoughtful gifts, sustainably made. We want as much Somerset goodness as possible on our plates and in our food market and lifestyle store! We avoid mass food production, instead joining the many brilliant farm shops around the country focusing their energies on finding local products that make the most of our tastebuds.

Fri 18, Sat 19, Sun 20
Roadwater Community Shop and Cafe
Somerset
A community-run shop and café in Roadwater, Exmoor, we are passionate about supporting local businesses. We stock a wide range of Exmoor-sourced produce, alongside essential household goods and basic foods at modest prices. In support of our ethos of environmental sustainability, we are a water bottle refill site and we stock refillables, including milk in refillable glass bottles and household cleaning products.

Sat 19, Sun 20
South Street Honey
Taunton
At South Street Honey our primary aim is to educate and spread the passion of bees and beekeeping to the wider world. We visit wild schools, forest schools, schools in both primary and secondary, and have adult education days as well. We have a holistic approach to keeping bees, only opening hives when we really need to and, more importantly, only taking resources when the bees have surplus.

Fri 18
The Acorn Somerset
Yeovil
The Acorn is a cafe/bistro with a small deli. We believe in simple, quality food and drink and love to celebrate the great local produce which surrounds us in the Westcountry. During the daytime, we serve brunch, lunch and homemade cakes. On Friday evenings we operate a Modern British menu which changes monthly to ensure seasonality; we also run monthly events including themed Supper Clubs and wine tastings.

Fri 18, Sat 19
Root
Wells
We are a modern, veg-led, sharing plates restaurant in the heart of Wells, serving local and seasonal produce. The first Root opened in Bristol in 2017; owners Josh Eggleton (The Pony) and Luke Hasell (The Story Farms / Valleyfest) wanted to create a forward-thinking restaurant that championed local suppliers and producers, and led with a ‘more veg, less meat’ ethos. Root, Wells was opened by Head Chef Rob Howell and his wife and Manager Meg Oakley who wanted to bring a neighbourhood restaurant to their home of Wells.

Sat 19
Smith and Evans
Langport
Winemakers Guy Smith and Laura Evans produce award-winning sparkling and natural wines, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from the heart of Somerset. We planted the vineyard at Higher Plot in 2008 after a four-year search for the perfect site to produce the highest possible quality sparkling wine. Come and taste our award-winning wines!
