We have vegetables all year round, our diet follows the seasons, never a dull moment. We make as much compost as possible to keep the soil in good health, and we also make apple juice, cider and cider vinegar from an orchard of heritage varieties. We have hens too. We will also have demonstrations of rural crafts in our traditional Roundhouse. Explore the site at your leisure. Light refreshments available in our purpose built garden kitchen.
