Ana and Tom are becoming quite a formidable force on the Somerset food scene. Their company, Firemade, makes some of the most beautiful, hand crafted BBQs, grills and outdoor cooking equipment we've seen. They also regularly cook large-scale feasts for weddings, festivals and experiences in the region, across the country and beyond. This event will draw upon Ana's Ecuadorian heritage with a menu inspired by latin American flavours using Somerset ingredients cooked entirely outdoors over fire. For the main, there will be lamb cooked 'a la cruz' - on a cross over smouldering embers for many hours until the meat is tender, lightly smoked and thoroughly delicious. When?
