On Thurs 20 July, Guy will be taking part in The Castle Hotel, Taunton's fun evening of tutored wine and cheese tasting, alongside Dan Starnes of Longmans Dairy.

Guy Smith and Laura Evans planted the vineyard at Higher Plot in 2008 after a four year search for the perfect site to produce the highest possible quality sparkling wine. They also make cider and gin.
