An organic sourdough bakery in Wiveliscombe with a firm belief in the key role that organic grains can play in community, regenerative agriculture and sustainable food systems. Based on an organic farm at the foot of Glastonbury Tor, we help disadvantaged children, families and communities to connect with nature and learn about food and farming. Our bread is flour, water and salt – nothing else is added.

On The Spoon @ Burrow Hill
Kingsbury Episcopi
Eating 'on the spoon' means tucking into hearty food in a rustic, unpretentious way. On The Spoon is run by Somerset-based cook, food writer and former Sunday Times columnist Lucas Hollweg. This year, On The Spoon is cooking up a storm of local produce on Sunday 27 at Burrow Hill.
The Temperley family have restored the ancient traditional cider orchards of Burrow Hill and now grow rare, organic apples and pears and produce Somerset Cider Brandy and Burrow Hill Cider.
