On The Spoon @ Burrow Hill
Pass Vale Farm, Burrow Hill, Kingsbury Episcopi, TA12 6BU
About us
This year, On The Spoon will be cooking up a storm of locally grown produce at Burrow Hill. Eating 'on the spoon' means tucking into hearty food in a rustic, unpretentious way. On The Spoon is run by Somerset-based cook, food writer and former Sunday Times columnist Lucas Hollweg.
The Temperley family have restored the ancient traditional cider orchards of Burrow Hill and now grow rare, organic apples and pears and produce Somerset Cider Brandy and Burrow Hill Cider.
The Food Trail has now finished.
