About us
Glastonbury has two markets: Glastonbury Country Market, held inside the Town Hall, Glastonbury every Tuesday morning; and Glastonbury’s farmers market, known as the Charter Market because it was established in 1189 by Royal Charter. It is also held on Tuesdays, from 9am to 3pm, in the car park next to the Town Hall.
The Food Trail has now finished.

Something else
• Glastonbury Country Market is held inside the Town Hall every Tuesday morning from 9.30am to 12.25pm, with delicacies ranging from homemade jams and chutneys, to cakes and pies.
• Glastonbury’s Charter Market, was originally established in 1189 by Royal Charter, and is one of the oldest and most vibrant markets in the UK. It is also Glastonbury's Farmers Market and sells a wide range of local goods, from fresh produce to handmade crafts and artisan products. This being Glastonbury, expect also to find some esoteric objects for sale such as deer antler hair decorations, Tarot cards and work by local artists.
