Charles Dowding's market garden produces mixed salad leaf bags which are sold to local pubs, restaurants and shops. The garden is also a teaching garden and Charles holds many course days to educate gardeners on the no dig methods. The garden is also his inspiration for the many books he has written and for his YouTube channel, hugely popular with 700,000 plus subscribers.

I’m from a farming family, and it’s been a journey of decades to find new ways of growing the soil more naturally. The main focus of my adult life has been to grow healthy and health-giving food. The core method I have developed is no dig. It enables us to grow more food from less input.

Join me in the garden for a tour of Homeacres. The garden is looking beautiful at this time of year, we see the dig / no dig beds and other trial beds and we take a look at compost production.
