We source and roast the finest speciality coffee beans from some of the hardest-to-reach places around the world. Discover our signature blends, distinctive single origins, and certified organic coffee, carefully roasted by our expert team in Wellington, Somerset. Come and visit our café, restaurant, bakery and roastery where you can enjoy world class coffee and delicious food using locally-grown produce.

We’re passionate about being part of a supply chain that improves the lives of everybody involved, so our farmers are all paid fairly and our UK team all receive above the living wage. During the Food Trail, we'll be holding roastery open days on Wednesday 23 and Friday 25, where people can come and see the coffee being roasted, try various types of coffee and learn about how we source our products.
