Join Get Picked Somerset and wild plant specialist Samantha Williamson from Bountiful Earth for a Forage and Ferment experience on the outskirts of Frome by Redford Water.
We will go for foraging walk and then gather for a fermentation demo at Get Picked HQ where we will talk about how to best preserve the seasons and surplus using traditional pickling techniques.
There will be a tasting of Paula's award winnings pickles to boot.
