Burnt Honey @ Pithers is an independent café located in Pithers Bistro in Castle Cary, opening during the day. Having been a chef for, and then run, a series of independent cafes on the NSW Central Coast in Australia, our chef and owner Jesse brings the Australian café and brunch scene to Castle Cary. Australians take their coffee and brunch very seriously, and so do we.

Join us for our feast of traditional Somerset fare at the Market House in Castle Cary. There will be sharing platters of artisan cheese and charcuterie accompanied by traditional ciders and local wines – all from within 30-miles of Castle Cary! Accompaniments include Lievito bread, salad, and home-made chutneys. You will be hosted by Burnt Honey@Pithers, Somerset Wine Company and Pinsents Deli at the historic Market House in Castle Cary.
