Bishop's Palace Community Garden
The Bishop’s Palace has been home to the Bishops of Bath and Wells for over 800 years and is surrounded by 14 acres of gardens (entry ticket required) and the site of the natural well pools after which the city of Wells is named, The Community Garden is a beautiful and productive space within the Bishop’s Palace & Gardens where we grow vegetables and flowers and host a range of community gardening groups.

Take a tour of the Community Garden on Monday 17 and Thurs 20 with Bishop's Palace Gardener, Jo. The tours are free but require an admission ticket to the Bishop's Palace (or Bishop's Palace membership). Please book via our website. Tickets cost £16 and include re-entry for 12 months (excluding special events) !
