We are first generation farmers, finishing cattle on a 100% pasture system. All native breed cattle running on a mob grazing system and out wintered. We leave long rest periods between grazing to allow plants to grow and especially in the summer allowing them to seed and flower. Currently we sell our beef direct and to a local butcher.
