Keen's Cheddar

The Keen family have been making unpasteurised cheddar at Moorhayes Farm since 1899. Five generations later, they are one of a small handful of farmhouse producers making traditional cheddar with raw unpasteurised milk from grass-fed cows on their own farm. Keen's Mature and Extra Mature Cheddar and whey butter are available to buy from a fridge on the farm (cash only). Keen’s is also taking part in the Kimber’s Farm Open Day on Sat 23 (see Venue 91).
